Unavailability of their staff to discuss shortcomings from their ends.

I was erroneously charged a fee, even though I did not use any of their facility, TV, bar, or restaurants. Staff was unwilling to help, and stated that billing staff was not present during weekends and to call back on Monday. Staff could not refer me to a manager to discuss issue. It ruins somewhat the experience when they charge you erroneously, and are not available to discuss matters, unless under their own conditions. Make sure you check your bill. While the internet package may include local & ld - double-check you weren't charged hundreds of dollars for these calls. It would have been nice to have more restaurant options.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Disneyland/California Adventures. It is on the Anaheim Resort Transit route, so you don't have to hassle with parking at Disney. It is also a great, central location to restaurants, shopping and other tourist attractions in Southern California. The staff was great! Everyone we encountered who worked at the hotel from housekeeping to room service to front desk was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this family-friendly hotel. ...read more

Hotel on Harbor Blvd away from Disneyland. Disneyland shuttle and ticket kiosk right outside the hotel. Rooms were large with separate sofa bed, desk, television from the bedroom. No WiFi and extra fee for Internet access. Parking also charged. Starbucks and Disneyland ticket booth in the lobby. Overall, good, clean hotel, but they get you with the extra charges. ...read more
